Shipping and Orders
ORDERING:
Because of the unique nature of printing a one-time run of calendars verses prints which are made to order, the calendar has its own unique website and shipping timeline and unfortunately we can’t combine calendar orders with any print orders! Any saved customer information as well as gift cards issued on the main website can not be transferred or used on this product.
SHIPPING:
Calendars will begin shipping 3-5 business days after purchase date.
I ship to most countries worldwide, but if you don’t see your country as a shipping option at checkout, please contact me to discuss alternative shipping arrangements! Additionally, there are many shops on my Stockists page that carry a selection of prints or cards, and some of them may be near you!
Also, please check here to see if your country is listed on the USPS page for service disruptions.
Please know, Canada Post is currently on strike and is causing service disruptions across the country. We will do our best to avoid using any service that uses Canada Post, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee this and orders destined for Canada may experience significant delays.
COMBINING, ADDING, OR CHANGING EXISTING ORDERS:
Calendar orders must ship separately from all print orders placed on my main website.
DAMAGED,LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Each order is packaged as thoughtfully and carefully as possible. But, in the rare event that your package is stolen, damaged, or lost, please let me know within 30 days of receiving your shipping notification, and I will help you navigate the situation in any way that I can!
NOTIFICATIONS:
After purchasing, you will receive an email notification with a confirmation of your order to the email address used when ordering. After your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking to that email as well! If you don’t see any emails, you may have used an older email address or it may have gone to your spam folder. If your tracking hasn’t updated, please give it at least a day to accurately reflect your shipment’s progress!
SHIPPING CUSTOMS CHARGES, VAT or GST:
If applicable, please be aware of your country’s customs, VAT, or GST charges. It is your responsibility to pay and be aware of your country’s taxes and fees applied to the purchase of international goods. If a package is not claimed because of refusal to pay these fees and it is returned, I will contact you to discuss reshipment options and make new payment arrangements.
SHIPMENTS TO WRONG ADDRESS/RETURN TO SENDER:
Please be sure to double check that your shipping address is correct! If you notice that any of your information is incorrect, please let me know as soon as possible to so we can be sure to get your order to you. In the unfortunate event that your package is returned because of an incorrect address, please let us know so we can set up new arrangements to get it back in the mail to you ASAP!
Cancellations, Changes, and Returns

If you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it, please let us know within 24hrs of placing your order.
